Whether or not channel is open for binary communication.If the channel was created with the channel -li=<port> command, this value will be 1, otherwise it will be 0.
Binary channels have restricted functionality regarding the type of data which can be sent and received. Information on the channel is formatted using Fire Hose Protocol data packets.
This element cannot be changed by the user.
