Description

The window secondary color. This is the foreground color for the window inner frame and button menu bar (if any). This may only be defined window creation time. Redefining its value at any other time has no effect.

If not defined, a default color is used, obtained from the window manager. On Unix systems this is via the X application resource foreground via the window.shell_name value.
